Hey Judenite - It's Time to Come Home.

Hi Judenites, how long has it been since you've last visited the halls of your alma mater St. Jude? Whether it is one year or twenty years, it's time to come home. It's time to heed that tug in your heart to visit, to meet with old classmates, say hello to your teachers and visit your favorite place in school (the canteen, auditorium, your old classroom) or to see how the school has changed and to be part of its future once again.

The school is in the process of rebirth, one that we as alumni will no doubt want to participate in and support, our homecoming includes an opportunity to see the school renovation projects during the school tour.

So what are you waiting for, the Grand Alumni Homecoming Concert is the perfect excuse for you to visit, listen to Gary Valenciano perform and reminisce with your friends and family the years of your youth, the years that you spent preparing for all those school activities like the sportsfest, the cheering competition, the passion play, the JS prom and the school fair.

What does Gary V. have to say about it? Babalik ka rin! Listen Now...

1st Grand Alumni Homecoming Concert

The Alumni Association is officially 10 years old and we are celebrating it with our 1st Grand Alumni Homecoming Concert this September 22, 2007 Saturday at the school auditorium. We have invited Mr. Pure Energy himself - Gary Valenciano to welcome back all alumni. Program starts at 4:00pm with the unveiling of the Fr. Peter Yang statue, followed by a tour of the school. Cocktails will be served at 5pm while the concert will start at 6:30pm.

To make this event more meaningful, we are working with our Alma Mater to help raise funds for two very important causes. First is the alumni association's Fr. Peter Yang Memorial Fund which was created after the death of Fr. Yang to help support the activities of the alumni association such as the Teachers' Retirement Fund and Msgr. Tchou's Medicine Fund. The other is the Saint Jude Catholic School Building Renovation Project. Our school is more than 40 years old and is in need of major renovations to provide the new generation of judenites with the latest facilities, as she continues the legacy of Fr. Yang of both excellence and discipline well into the 21st century.

Regular ticket prices are P2,500, P2,000, P1,500 and P1,000. Call us for special VIP seating.

To reserve tickets, to sponsor the concert or if you would like to know more about the homecoming, you can e-mail us at bringingthejudeniteshome@gmail.com.

A Brief History of the Saint Jude Catholic School Alumni

In 1973, Saint Jude Catholic School produced her first batch of high school graduates. Now, 34 years later, our Alma Mater continues to be the source of the best minds and the brightest talents, with alumni achievers in all skills and professions, spanning the globe and shining with Judenite pride.

The Saint Jude Catholic School Alumni Association was established in 1998 to bring together alumni and focus our efforts and resources toward worthwhile causes. Over the last 10 years, we have rebuilt the foundations on which our alumni association can continue to grow and prosper.

With the help of almighty God and the intercession of our patron saint, we have organized many successful charity, sports and social events. Together with our school administrators and staff, we work towards the improvement and advancement of our school system. Our scale and sustained presence enables us to build active links with other civic and alumni associations, facilitating cooperation for co-sponsored events and cross-development of all sectors of involvement.

Emerging from the hard work and dedication of our alumni is a more disciplined, well-managed association, with a tighter focus on creating sustainable growth and continuing leadership. We will continue to aspire to grow by being better, not just bigger. By our dynamic spirit, we will thrive.

We are Saint Jude Catholic School Alumni and we stand united.

We are Judenites and we stand proud.

Welcome home, Judenite Alumni!
